Oceanic Regulators:
All Regulator serial numbers can be found on the box, on the white label with the product description. It will be under the 1st and 2nd stage print. On the 1st stage, the serial numbers are also engraved on the Regulator body. The 2nd stage serial number can be found on a sticker located on the side of the housing or under the mouthpiece.

NOTE: When attempting to register your product for warranty registration, please include any letters, numbers and hyphens shown in the serial number.

Oceanic Dive Computers
All Computer Serial Numbers comprise an Alpha Numeric code which can be found on the original box, e.g. DF-123456. It is important to enter the 2 Alpha Characters, the hyphen and then the 6 numbers. If you have lost your box or it was not supplied with the product, the 6 numbers are coded into the instrument and can be found by navigating through the computer menu.  Please refer to your manual for instructions. Please note that the computer screen will only display the numerical serial number. Please refer to the table below to obtain your alpha characters relating to your product.

You can find the serial number for your dive computer on the original box it came in. Located on the top of the box within a white sticker.

You can also find the serial number printed on the product itself usually on the back of the wrist style computers or on the side of a module type computer.

Locating the serial number of you regulator can be tricky however it is there when you look hard enough.  It is usually printed on the original box it came in or on the product itself.

1st stage serial numbers will be printed on a white waterproof sticker or etched into the product.

2nd stage serial numbers will printed on a waterproof sticker on the side of the unit and/or just under the mouthpiece.

You can find the serial number for your BCD on the original bag it came in located  within a white sticker.

You can also find the serial number printed on the product itself usually on the inside of the cummerbund or behind the back plate printed on the bladder.

If you are having trouble registering your product here are a few things to check:

  • Make sure you have entered the correct prefix for your product.
  • Make sure you have not included any spaces.
  • Make sure the serial number is entered as it appears including any hyphens.
  • Make sure you have chosen the correct product.
  • Only products purchased from an Authorised Oceanic Dealer within Australia can be registered.
  • If you item does not appear in the drop down list please let us know. (only regulator,BC’s and digital instrumentation can be registered.)
